These Terms and Conditions relate to all persons, who use or intend to use these internet pages (hereinafter referred to only as the Users). The operator of the internet pages at the above stipulated addresses is the company Prague Clinical Services, s. r. o., (hereinafter referred to only as the Operator), that in compliance with Act No. 121/2000 of the Collection of Laws, concerning Copyright and rights connected with the copyright and amendment of certain acts (hereinafter referred to only as the Copyright Act) is authorised to perform property rights in relation to these internet pages.
